Application Process

Fill Out the Inquiry Form

The first step of our application process is to fill out the inquiry form. This form will provide us with useful information about your children and your needs, so we can provide a better service.

Virtual Tour & On-Site Visit

Once we receive your inquiry form, our director will contact you to schedule a virtual tour via Zoom. During this session, we will provide a detailed overview of our program, philosophy, and daily routines, and take the time to answer any questions you may have.

Families who wish to move forward after the virtual tour will be invited to schedule a 20–30 minute in-person visit to observe a classroom. You are welcome to attend with or without your child, depending on your preference.

Fill Out Application Documents

After the visit, interested families should complete an Application Form and a Developmental History and Background Information form, then return them with a nonrefundable registration fee of $75.00.

We are also pleased to connect you with current parents who will be glad to share their experience at Panda Bilingual. Your application remains active until your child ages out of the program. If several siblings apply at the same time, only one application fee needs to be paid.

Contracting

Based on the application form, we will prepare an admission contract for you. The contract will detail your schedule, your program of choice, the tuition, and payment terms. All tuition and deposits are non-refundable. To secure the space, parents should sign the contract within seven business days.
